Emir Nalbant

Co-Founder & COO / Industrial Design & Manufacturing

Brings industrial design discipline directly into practice through mechanical modeling, rapid prototyping and production processes, contributing to the Lemniscate Defense team. Leads the platform's CAD and manufacturability design, the open aft payload bay and mechanical integration; runs center-of-gravity and ergonomics work.

Design & Modeling

Runs parametric mechanical modeling, complex surface design and generative design workflows using Autodesk Fusion, Rhinoceros and SolidWorks. Handles product visualization and presentation staging with Blender, AutoCAD and Vizcom.

Manufacturing Competencies

• Functional part production using engineering-grade filaments such as PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, Nylon and Polycarbonate
• End-to-end management of polyurethane and resin casting processes using RTV-2 silicone molding techniques
• Open aft payload bay and mechanical integration design for the platform
• Center-of-gravity calculations and ergonomics work
