Göksu Cebeci
Co-Founder & CEO / Systems Engineering
Lemniscate Defense was not built on a business plan alone — it was built on an autonomous unmanned surface vehicle (USV) that the founder personally designed and field-tested. Göksu Cebeci leads the company's overall direction, project coordination, and system/naval platform engineering, translating customer requirements into technical specifications.
Engineering Experience
Has hands-on field experience including block assembly inspections and ship deformation tests to Turkish Lloyd standards in a shipyard environment. Carries out hydrostatic calculations and offset table analyses using MATLAB, combining the theoretical and practical dimensions of naval platform engineering.
Lodos Project: Field-Proven Concept
Individually carried out the entire design, development, and pond-testing of the Lodos autonomous unmanned surface vehicle (USV) prototype — purely as a personal engineering challenge. The project reached TRL 4 and became the concrete proof of the engineering approach the company stands behind today.
